When will I receive my order?

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise indicated on announcements.  Delivery times range from 4-10 business days when not accounting for holiday peaks. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all areas accessible by USPS, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post but shipping fees are subject to the weight of the package. Any additional taxes and/or custom fees are subject to the customer. As of July 1st, 2020, EU customers will have to pay VAT and duties upon delivery of the goods as we will not be collecting tax upon purchase. Due to the duties & tariffs, US shipping is on hold.

How much is shipping?

With our shipping system powered by Shopify, we offer discounted rates in Canadian dollars from trusted carriers like Canada Post and UPS. The great thing is, the shipping cost is dynamically calculated based on the address you input at checkout. This ensures you get the most accurate rate tailored to your location. We also offer free shipping to Canada on orders with a subtotal of over $150! Local orders can be delivered for free with a minimum purchase of $35.
